Our Class Types

We essentially have a class suitable for all members of the family. Click on your class choice to go to our booking page- Our classes are purposefully small so book your spot to ensure your place.

  • General

A class suitable for all abilities, beginner to advanced.

  • Mums & Bubs

Breastfeeding and beginner friendly. Safe, low impact class that works around you and bub.

  • Restorative / Yin

A class focused on deep relaxation. Lying and seated postures using blankets and props to support your body to slowly move into stretches.

  • Tots


For your Preschool aged child, 3 to 5 years old. A half hour introduction to the ideas of Breathing, Stretching and Mindfulness. Playful and Practical.

  • Youth


A 45 minutes class introducing young humans aged 6-11 years old to Stretching, Breathing and Mindfulness.

  • Family


A Family friendly class for parent and child to participate in  together. Appropriate for children aged 4 and up.


A half hour slot in the day where you can come up to a quiet, safe space and catch your breath from your life. You can come for 5 minutes or use the whole half hour. You can sit, use a mat to stretch or lie down or just have a cup of tea with someone.
