Learn the fundamental yoga poses you would find in any yoga class over 6 weeks, once a week in a small group with a maximum of 8 people.

We want to you to go away with a feeling of what each Yoga pose feels like in YOUR body and with a maximum of 8 people  we can give you lots of personalised attention.
We want you to feel safe and comfortable to ask lots of questions.
We want to support you in creating  a new habit, a habit to take that time out for yourself each week.
